We are the residents of chaura sadatpur village, sector-22, Noida.we are facing some severe issues with home wastage collecting van (kachra gadi) of the authority. Our gali is in front of building of Ministry of Lightning and Shipping (light house) sector 25 and my house is near mother dairy chaura villgae. In our gali your wastage collecting van has very irregular in time since July 2021 and coming in the gali only 2-3 days in a week on different time. Further since july 2021, your theme song (UP ki shan noida) has not played or any other signal/sound which can intimate the residents of the area of its presence. Hence, residents of this area are facing accute problem in garbage disposal and to maintain hygiene in the area which is motto of our Hon'ble PM swachchh Bharat campain. Today I heard the theme music from the van at 9:30 am and i waited till now . When I was waiting, I asked to the municipality worker that can I throw my garbage in the garbage you have collected beside the road they rudely replied no and the person said throw it in the van. I came back home with my garbage. I checked them from time to time but they might have come at 11:30am to 12 but there was no micing and nothing and the garbage at the road near my place was cleared .They don't have any fixed timings and with no music it's hard to know when they are here or not. Please look into this matter because I waited two hours .I appreciate the honorable CM taking initiative of Swach Bharat but the workers are giving this scheme a bad name and harassment to residents like me.
