      Hi sir, im Thenmozhi from tiruchendur. I registered my business listing in justdial what they promised as platinum package which my company has placed upfront in search list. They charged me 10000 for year. But now my company in 5th place where the other paid list and free listings are before in my list. I paid on 24th of august 2021 and im continuously calling customer support and sales team but no response found they are not ready for refund also. Please help me. I have all the voice record of conversation that i had with that team.

        Garbage/waste collection van not coming regular

        We are the residents of chaura sadatpur village, sector-22, Noida.we are facing some severe issues with home wastage collecting van (kachra gadi) of the authority. Our gali is in front of building of Ministry of Lightning and Shipping (light house) sector 25 and my house is near mother dairy chaura villgae. In our gali your wastage collecting van has very irregular in time since July 2021 and coming in the gali only 2-3 days in a week on...

        We are the residents of chaura Raghunathpur village, sector-22, Noida.we are facing some severe issues in water supply, the water is dirty/ polluted or equivalent to sewage water.
        Kindly look into this matter because most of the people dont have the private motor supplies and is dependent on this water supply through jal board for every thing from drinking water to washing clothes.
        This sewage water can cause severe problems.

                      Hi,

                      I am residing in Hyde Park, sector 78, Noida, UP. We are facing stray dog issue within our society. There have been many dog attack incidents recently. Dog catcher vans have been called in the past, last being I think 1.5-2 years back. This is big society with 5-6k+ people residing here. There are many stray dogs here and there have been any attacks recently and specially small children/toddlers become vulnerable at times.

                      It is humbly requested that this issue is treated on priority.

                                I REGRET to inform you in July 2021, you broke all drain covers on main road of B block, Sector 19. The drains are still full of mulba, the sewage water in it is stinking and breeding millions of mosquitos. The rotten smell and mosquitos are spreading disease. Inspite, of this you have not covered the drains which you broke and promised to cover.
                                Please read letter attached. Kindly note if still no action is taken, I will individually and through the RWA complain to the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri Modiji at https://pmindia.gov.in

                                Hope you cover all the drains you broke.

                                      Sewage blocked to near my house, because of that, during heavy rain, we experienced back flow to my toilets. Pl clear all sewage in the sewer lines, which is not cleared more then 3 years
