Respected sir,

This is to bring to your notice that we residents of gaurs sportswood, sector 79, noida are very upset and disappointed with noida authority. After going through various sources and your own declaration and amendment regarding erection of mobile towers in noida [with amendments] 03-aug-2018 on page https://www.noidaauthorityonline.com/MOBILE_TOWER_POLICY_08AUG17.pdf, we come to this very clear understanding that erection of any mobile tower in residential society is not permitted. Despite the fact, noida authority is allowing such erection and contradicting its own rule letting residents suffer just for the sake of revenue generation.

We residents of not only gaur sportswood, but entire sector 79 society in noida are already suffering that our registry is being delayed because of noida authority's carelessness. We fail to understand why did noida authority never intervened or reported when they realized that 3c developers didn’t develop required %age till the first deadline of 2013 and second deadline in 2016. We enquired gaursons and other places and came to these observations:

Noida authority did not allot the complete land to the 3c. There were chunks of land which still belonged to villagers till that time. It was recently that those chunks were cleared and allotted to 3c. Sport city total land was allotted in 2018.
Sports city plan (Attached in annexure i), was supposed to be developed in this manner

There is case going on in supreme court against 3c developers
3c have applied for bankruptcy / insolvency
All these points clearly raises finger on noida authority. When we resident of gaurs sportswood, sector 79, noida had to get the possession and key of the house, we were forced full registry stamp duty. Even after paying stamp duty for registry we still have not got registry done for our flats. Noida authority is sitting on our stamp duty amount for more then a year now. If for any reason you are not able to get our registry done then why not we should at least be given interest on this amount back to us.

Gaursons have even put case against noida authority in rera court and in 3 hearings noida authority has not shown up neither have replied anything yet. Please find it attached as annexure iv.
1st hearing – na didn’t turn up - 23/4/2019
2nd hearing – na didn’t turn up – 24/5/2019
3rd hearing – na didn’t turn up – 17/6/2019
4th hearing – if na won’t turn up next time judgement will be given. If judgement is favorable then good else gaurs will move to high court

They have acquired toc (Temporary occupancy certificate) till b tower 16th floor attached in annexure v.
Toc means we are registered and have met with all the compliances.
Note:
We are really concerned with the attitude of noida authority towards buyers and residents of sector 79, noida. At least, na should be concerned towards us on humanitarian grounds. We request you to please ask builder to remove the mobile tower from this residential area as soon as possible as it affects health of not only us but our family and kids.
Please let us know what steps are you taking to ensure fasten up process for the registry.
We residents from our own pockets are running plantation drive in and around society. We request you to help us out here as the whole society and nearby area is a green belt just on a paper and master plan of noida and is same since 2010. At least, noida authority should have initiated the plantation drive to make this place actually a green belt in realty also. After all, noida authority is earning its revenue through deals of these lands so it should also morally bound to look after these lands and comply with its status.
We have high regards for noida authority and all its administrators and we really really hope with our fingers crossed that you will take an immediate and urgent action to help us out here. And for this we shall always remain obliged to you.

We stay at supertech capetown sector 74 playschool n daycare is running in tower CM1 flat no.803.it is creating problem for residence in tower all the time lifts are busy lots of noise moreover this is not the correct place of running school in residence area. Kindly take the necessary action as society is sitting like a blind.
