Noida Development Authority — noida authority took over my registered plot but, haven't got my allotment plot yet

Dear sir,

Subject: noida authority took my registered property and still haven’t got allotment of land

I am writing this letter in hope that someone is there in noida authority to hear the case of our property. We bought a plot in 2007 near village garhi chaukhandi in noida. This plot is registered under noida development authority. The property is in the name of my father who is 67 years old. He is a retired indian railways employee and suffering from liver and kidney problem. He is getting $15, 000 monthly pension which is not even suffice to maintain the monthly house and medicine expenses. He is currently living in a rented house and i am a married women and pay the rent for my father.

After his retirement, he planned to live peacefully in his own house which is shattered by noida development authority. Due to the construction of the fng highway (http://www.millenniumpost.in/delhi/fng-expressway-to-be-operational-by-march[pr...⇄ our land has been taken by the noida government officials without even giving a notice. We were promised by the noida authority that we will be given a land in lieu of our plot. Since 2013, my father is behind noida authority to get his own land but, noida authority has no answer and some of the officials demanded bribe to do the job.

I waited all these years and seeing that how my old sick father is running behind the officials. We have all the proof that how many times he visited the office (We have a gate pass to prove that). Now since he is tired of doing and has no hope, i’ve decided to take a huge step to reach out to every government official, ministry, news, social media, high / supreme court etc. Whatever it takes to get our land i’ll do that no matter what and how it will take. I’ll reach out the up chief minister also.

It’s been almost 10 years now, i want an answer from the noida authority that when are we getting an allotment?

Where else do i need to contact if you think you are not the right person?
The highway has been constructed on our plot? What happened to our registered plot?

I want a written notice from the noida development about what’ work they are doing for this?
