[Resolved] Nokia Care — Not returning battery as acknowledge receipt is lost | |||
I've bought a battery in nokia care and found it to be a faulty one. So I went to Nokia care at kukatpally and submitted the battery and took the receipt. After a week I received a message from Nokia care that I could collect the battery. Unfortunately I lost the receipt and when I went to the Nokia care to collect the battery they told me that they couldn't give me the battery as receipt was not there. But I lost it and showed the message received from them and even the original bill receipt of battery but they didn't agree and to my frustration they told me to forget about the battery. Now I'm worried a lot and please help me in getting my battery back Was this information helpful? | |||
