Nokia Care — Phone got damaged after OS reinstallation | |||
Gave my Nokia Lumia 520 for a OS re-installation at Microsoft Priority in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. And after the re-installation of OS the motherboard got damaged when I gave my card for payment the service guy told to make the payment in cash and I don't have any records whereas I got replaced the power button for which they accepted my card.. When complained online they called me which I could not attend and I didn't get a call back. I am patiently waiting for a remedy. Was this information helpful? | |||
