i purchased nokia C301 mobile on 24th april 2011 for 8300/- .my touch screen not working from nov 2011. i contact nokia care in banerji road in ernakulam they confirmed that touch pad faulty and they told phone is under warranty and they will replace it for free of cost, but they are hesitating me and not giving me an good response till now they not changed the touch they saying out of stock till now.

I am totally depressed on this issue

HELLO,

1. I WOULD LIKE TO NARRATE THE INDIFFERENT AND NON PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE OF A LEADING MOBILE PHONE BRAND NOKIA IN JAMNAGAR CITY.

2. I HAD PURCHASED A NOKIA X-6 HANDSET IN SEP 2011 WORTH NEARLY RS.14000.00 FROM A LEADING NOKIA STORE IN JAMNAGAR . AFTER AROUND ONE YEAR O[censored]SE THE PHONE STARTED DEVELOPING PROBLEMS AND WOULD SHUT DOWN AUTOMATICALLY AT ANY TIME. EVEN AFTER CHARGING THE PHONE COMPLETELY IT WOULD SWITCH OFF ANY TIME AND WOULD NOT RESTART. EVEN WHEN TRIED TO SWITCH ON MANUALLY IT WOULD NOT SWITCH ON.

3. I CONTACTED ASHOK ELECTRONICS , THE AUTHORISED NOKIA CARE CENTRE, WHO ACCEPTED MY HANDSET FOR REPAIRS ON 29NOV11. INITIALLY THEY TOLD ME THAT THE LCD SCREEN HAD BECOME FAULTY AND CHARGED ME Rs.1640.00 FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME. BUT EVEN AFTER THAT THE PROBLEM PERSISTED .

4. I DEPOSITED THE HANDSET AGAIN ON 14DEC11 . THE CENTRE SAID THAT THE HANDSET HAS BEEN DISPATCHED TO THE COMPANY AND WILL BE BACK AFTER REPAIRS . BUT ITS BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS NOW AND NEITHER HAS THE HANDSET BEEN REPAIRED NOR MY MONEY REFUNDED. THE HANDSET IS STILL WITH THE NOKIA CARE CENTRE AND THEY DONT EVEN GIVE ME THE CORRECT DETAILS ON PHONE.

5. I AM A NAVAL OFFICER POSTED IN JAMNAGAR AND HAVE TO SUFFER A LOT BY GOING TO CITY SO FAR AGAIN AND AGAIN AT THE EXPENSE OF MY DUTY HOURS. THE SHOP IS LOCATED FAR AWAY AND ITS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO KEEP ENQUIRING ABOUT THE PHONE IN PERSON EVERY TIME. THE STAFF ALSO SEEMS DISINTERESTED IN REPAIRING OF THE HANDSET AND DISPLAY A CASUAL ATTITUDE. THE ONLY JOB THE STAFF AT THE SHOP DOES IS KEEP ON GIVING EXCUSES AND POSTPONING THE DATES OF DELIVERY FURTHER AND FURTHER.

6. IT IS TOTALLY NOT EXPECTED FROM A MOBILE PHONE BRAND WHICH CLAIMS TO BE THE LEADING BRAND IN INDIA. INITIALLY I WAS RENDERED WITHOUT A CELL PHONE FOR MANY DAYS THEN I HAD TO BUY A NEW CHEAP PHONE IN ORDER TO CATER FOR THE DELAY BY NOKIA .

7. PLEASE TAKE ADEQUATE ACTION AGAINST THIS OTHERWISE THE WAY I AM SUFFERING , THERE WILL BE NUMEROUS MORE PEOPLE LIKE ME FACING THE SAME SITUATION. AND REPEAT " THE PHONE IS STILL WITH THE COMPANY/NOKIA CARE CENTRE ". I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PHONE EITHER REPAIRED OR UN REPAIRED.

I am having serious issues with my nokia Lumia 800, about 1 month old and i have had it's software updated on[protected].
and still I am facing serious problems like after ending the call it take about 4-5 min to disconnect the call and often times the phone will restart again causing me serious inconvenience...
as i have spent rs. 28,500 on a hand phone its the responsibility of NOKIA firm to attend to my complaints ASAP but i contacted local NOKIA CARE and all they could reply was that you will have to wait for 1 month for the issue to be solved...

Sir, all i want is an answer that what should I do for a month cause my "new mobile" is causing me inconvenience ..

When i goto nokia music to download a songs, they told me to enter vucher number, i dnt know what is this, by browsing this problem ,i found when u purchase ur device you will find a gift nokia voucher card, but i didnot get anything like this, when i submit this complain on nokia( [protected]@nokia.com from [protected]@ovi.com) after 2 days nokia customer care anita choudhary reply me that u device not comes with nokia music, and she dnt give me any voucher number, plz help me

I had purchased a new nokia mobile phone model no. 5233 with imei no. 358321/03/550542/7 more than a one year ago. on earlier days, I was using airtel sim in the phone & then started to use bsnl sim. it was working good. But when I tried my vodafone sim in this handset, it showed an error msg that sim registration failed. then i tried Idea sim, it again showed the same message. Then i tried the Videocon, docomo, reliance sim in the handset. again it showed the same error message. I got surprised. i found this problem within the warranty period. then i visited one o[censored]r nokia care in sector 22, chandigarh. i went to ur representative there & told her the problem. she said that the warranty of this phone is expired. then i went to nokia care of 35 sector beacuse as per the bill, the warranty was valid for 2 weeks more. but again in sector 35, ur representative said that warranty is expired. i said, no prob. I am ready to pay the charges of it. but i want all the sim card to work in this phone. but ur representative denied me & said it can't be resolved. then i came to know that its a manufacturing defect. i want u people to sort my this problem. Waiting for ur reply.

I have purchased Nokia Mobile set E 5 IMEI no. [protected] vide invoice no. 5419 from Nokia Priority partners, Phone merchants, Ground floor, Anand row house, Adajan Surat 395009 on 28 Feb. 2011. The set was working nicely up to August 11 after that the set have a problem of distorted voice while talking. Even some times we are unable to know that weather bell is going or not. I have shown to Nokia care center at Banswara (Raj) 3 times. Two times they changed the speaker also. Once I have shown the set at Nokia care Saugor (MP) but the set is working in the same condition. Now I am fed up with the set as it is very difficult to hear the other site voice. So I request through you that Nokia should replace immediately my set.

i buy a nokia e6 before 6 monts.some times the phone is swithed on the screen is flickering and hang .my mobil is in warrenty period so what can i do .i contct the nokia care and check the mobil they said that they dont know what the problm .every time not this problem some times so what can i do

IMEI NO [protected] wth in two month from date of purchse touch pad problem. nokia care re-place the touch pad. But Now also same problem. Within six months two times this problem.
What is permanent solution for this? My friend mobile also same problem this model. I think this model some problem.
Kindly confirm what is your suggestion for this issue

1. I bought a nokia X1-01 on 1st Jan 2012 from trivandrum. The phone stopped functioning with heavy disturbance in the earpiece and no signal in the sims.

2. I gave the phone for repair under warranty on 7th Jan 2012. I was promised the phone after repair on the same day after repair. When i went back to collect it in the evening it was not repaired and i was told that parts are not available and collect it after 7 days.

3. After 7 days it was still not repaired. I got a sms on 16th Jan 12 which is exactly ten days. I was on official duty outstation and came back on 21st in the afternoon. I went straight to Smart care to collect my phone.

4. I was made to wait 45 mins instead of 10 mins which was promised to see. I requested to see the manager and i was told to wait in his office another 15 mins. I could see the manager sitting across the glass window and so i went to the room and asked him to meet me. He rudely asked me to go out and wait. Inspite of telling him that i am an air force officer and have to go back to duty he still refused to comply.

5. It is 26th January today and inspite of two more complaints with nokia customer care ( complaint number : 1-[protected] & 1-[protected]) , nokia has still not returned my phone.

6. Please note that nokia smart care in trivandrum is 10 kms from my house and i have made three trips already which is a total wastage of 60 kms for a phone which costs 1900 rupees.

7. The details of my phone are as follows:

The NETWORK SIGNALS are vanishing automatically. Then after removing the battery and refixing it, Minimum network signal level only comes.The phone also hangs. I am Mrs sunita Rawal, I bought a New Nokia C2-03 handset in October 2011, it was working fine until on 19 Dec 2011,when i checked my phone in the morning it showed blank screen.I was using the phone and it was not mishandled at all so I was quite surprised to see this I found out a Nokiacare centre and thought as my phone is new and I have not mishandled it my problem will be resolved here,but when I went there they told me that there is little liquid in the phone and something is fused and told me that it will cost me rs 1200/=.I requested them for warrenty as its a brand new set but they did not agree.I agreed to pay but they didn't give me any feedback ,they didn't call me even once.I went to Nokiacare on 23 Jan 2012 to inquire about my phone ,but they bluntly gave back my phone saying it cannot be repaired when I asked them the reason they started arguing with me, they behaved in a very bad way and insulted us and didn't give any reason that why they can't repair it.I refused to take back my set and told them to get it repaired but they have not given me satisfying answer.

This cell phone we had given to your service Station M/s Shree Communication (Pune), two times after purchase of cell phone within 7 month time i.e. 6th July 2011 and collected on 11th July 2011.

After receiving the phone on 11th July 2011 the next day my cell phone was again having same problem so I again gave the cell phone to Shree Communication ( Pune ) on 14th July 2011 later there was no response from your side. On 21st July 2011 I called but there was no response wherein the expected date for me to get this cell was on 18th July 2011.

Till today I am not having cell phone with me, that makes atleast more than 6months handset lying with service station.

This is the Worst experience for a cell phone and from Nokia and their Team

I. A. Rajanikanth, was travelling in bus route 12B from Mylapore luz to Mylapore Masudhi bus stop, while travelling in the bus i lost
my mobile Nokia make with sim [protected] airtel postpaid number. Somebody responded the call but later they switched to not reachable mode.

Hence I request to block my airtel account and find the person while making the payment to continue the usage.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to register a complaint aganist Nokia Care Center, Kottayam, Kerala. They charged me higher and denied to give a bill on making the payment.

I approached the Nokia care Kottayam on 21-JAN-2012, with a minor problem on my Nokia E72 outer case front cover. I was told to replace the silver outer case front cover (without the keypad) and informed me that it would charge Rs.900/- Once I gave my mobile for replace the cover, the same executive came and informed me that as the taxes have went high the current price of the outer frame is Rs.1200. Finally I made the payment for Rs.1200 and they didnt give me a bill/reciept for the payment. On demanding for the bill thay told me that the replaced cover doesnt have any warranty and so I dont require a bill for future use. They didnt give me a bill for the payment I made.

I hereby request to take necessary action aganist Nokia care Kottayam for the fraudness and denying basic rights of a customer.
