I have purchased nokia mobile from E-Zone-Delhi-Rohini,Second Floor,Block C,Unitech Amusement,Near Rithala Metro Station New Delhi110085 on 13th January 2011. Details are as under:

My phone was having charging problem from few days. On 10th January 2012 ,I visited Nokia Care ,Durga Communication,48,Mall Road, Near G.T.B. Metro Station, Ring Road, Kingsway Camp,Delhi-110009 . I was issued the token no 70 for counter no 2 at 2p.m. Nokia service center personnel asked Rs 750(for part replacement) +Rs200(service charge) (copy attached). I told them that the phone is in warranty and showed them the bill in original (copy attached) and the manager/senior official present there refused to honour the Bill. I requested to meet seniormost officer present at the center but he also refused to honour the bill and press me hard to pay for the service. He told that if they honour such bills, their income will be reduced and they don’t want to reduce their income. When I told them that I will complaint against them, they shouted at me and asked me to go at any other service center as they don’t do any FREE service. Thereafter I contacted another Nokia Center in Rohini Delhi and got it repaired under warranty. Due to their pathetic attitude I lost 3hours of my valuable time and petrol for Rs 200 for commuting from one center to another and mental disturbance and harassment.
A stern action against this center may please be taken.

nokia(E71) — not satisfactory repairment
My name is Sanjeev Rohilla i work with Eicher-Volvo Commercial Vehicle Ltd.I bought E71 on 17.10.08 after two days mobile phone got hot itself in my pocket.on 21st of oct. i went nokia care centre in gurgaon opp. raj cinema.The staff of care centre was not so cooperative, nyways they askd me to live the cell for 15 days (which is very bad).after 10 day i got my cell back, the problem remains same.i hav spent bloody 20600 rupees.Ithink Nokia is leading company in INDIA.i want replacement of my mobile immediatey otherwise ill knock the consumer court.My mobile no [protected].contact asap.
