[Resolved] Nokia India — bad quality of service and misbehaviour with customer | |||
My Nokia E7 phone which is repaired 5 months back form nokia authorized service centre has got the same problem again. last time they took almost one month to repair it and now they said 7 days but then they kept on extending the date. Now unfortunately I lost the job sheet card but then I remember the job sheet number. However, knowing me well they say that they do not know me and they can not say anything about my phone until and unless I show the job sheet.. I brought this phone by paying almost INR 20, 000. It was my dream to buy a best phone and it took so much time to arrange the amount for buying such phone for me. Damages and problems can take place over the use of phone but then i never expected such an irresponsible and low quality customer service form a reputed brand like nokia. i do not know what to do now. But i suggest all my colleagues to be carefull with customer care centre staff who can easily fool us. i am an existing victim because last time they did not repaired my phone properly but then they charged well for the repair. still i have the same problem and they started screwing me Was this information helpful? | |||
