Nokia India — bh-705 truly wireless earbuds charging case issue

Please help me with the email address of the nodal officer or the generali've recently baught the bh 705 truly wireless earphones from amazon and with a matter of 2 weeks the charging case stopped working.

I've contacted support over phone who dodged my every question and tried to get rid of me by asking me to contact amazon to fix it.

I want to fix the faulty product made by nokia and hence is writing to you to get details on how to continue.

The service center's near me claim they won't fix it either.
