[Resolved] Nokia India — Call Drop Problem in Nokia Lumia 720
Hi I bought Nokia Lumia 720 phone in October, 2013. Since then I am regularly facing call drop issues. Many times, even when the phone is placed at a single location, all of a sudden all signal bars get vanished and "No Service" message appears on phone. Within few seconds, the signal is restored. I have heard about similar problem from few other colleagues and friends of mine. Also, this issue has been reported by a lot of other people online. I had lodged one complaint at Nokia site in February (SR# 1-[protected]) and the response was to try with a different SIM card. Even that has also not helped in resolving the problem. I do not find any use of visiting customer care center as this issue looks like more of a bug or generic hardware problem. I am not at all happy with the response shown for the reported issue, considering that similar problem has been reported by a lot of people before. Please pay necessary attention and resolve the issue to avoid further decrease in Nokia customer base. Regards Mansi Was this information helpful?
