Nokia India — Charger stopped working within 7 Days but the service centre said to while replacing it. | |
Hi,
I have bought a mobile from SNAPDEAL, The IMEI number is [protected].
Within 7 days after buying it the charger of the phone stopped working. When i went to service centre to replace it they said no and gave excuses that the charger might not be from the same phone since changer number was not mentioned on the invoice of the Snapdeal. Also since i bought online so they can't open the box to give a stamp on the original receipt of the Nokia phone. Kindly help us in exchanging the charger.
I will appreciate if you take customer satisfaction on priority.
