Nokia India — Didn't received handset yet.

Hi, I am Suresh D. In my mobile suddenly blank display came. I went to a service center in Bangalore on 11/03/2015.They told me that I will receive handset on 31/03/2015. On that date I didn't receive my handset. They extended up to 10/4/2015. I waited up to today but the mobile is not ready. In service center they told that they had sent the mobile to the Chennai factory. I didn't understand what they are doing in Chennai factory.Model: Nokia Lumia 535 (MICROSOFT). I purchased on 25/12/2014.
