[Resolved] Nokia India — Dis-satisfaction due to non functioning of NOKIA XL | |||
I wish to bring to your notice that "NOKIA XL" smart phone purchase from local dealer Jain collections, Vizianagaram IMEI NO. [protected] is not functioning properly since date of purchase of mobile i.e. from 28/07/2014. I have also lodged complaint to NOKIA CARE on 28/09/2014 and handed over the mobile to Bright Infocom (NOKIA CARE) Visakhapatnam. Even though a month elapsed, rectification has not yet done. I regret to inform in this context that i have not used even for 10 days. Your immediate response is highly needed. Was this information helpful? | |||
