Nokia India — harassment from Nokia service centre and Nokia Customer care

I had deposited my Nokia lumia 620 on 26th february, 2015 at Infotel Services .located at 1, Ekdalia Road, Kolkata, which is an authorised Nokia service centre and my cell is under extended warranty.After constantly enquiring for two weeks I was finally told that my cell was beyond repair by the centre Manager and that it will be replaced. After taking further two more weeks I was given a cell which appeared to be used, had paint spots outside and even a defective Mike. I handed back that cell to them. After complaining to the Manager about being given a defective, used cell in place of my old one, I was told by him that it is the Company's policy to give a refurbished cell in case of any replacement . I immediately called up the Nokia customer care where I was told that in such a case a new cell is given without a box or Seal and I was told not to take that defective piece. I lodged a complaint against the service centre, ( complaint no- 1-[protected]) . I got a call from Nokia after two days and the Manager was also contacted through conference, he immediately changed his earlier statement and promised me that I will be given back my original cell and that it can be repaired . On 2nd April, when I went to collect my cell, the centre fraudulently handed me that same defective piece citing it to be my original cell . At its back behind the battery was my original cell's IMEI no. but on going to the settings option it showed another IMEI no and the build in creation date was of 2014 whereas I had bought my cell in 2013. My cell's IMEI No. is [protected] whereas the other cell's IMEI no. [protected]. I again called up Nokia customer care on 2nd April and got my case reopened and even lodged a General Diary in the local Police Station for the fraud committed by the centre. Its been 12 days since I got my case reopened and I have called up Nokia Customer care every single day, at times twice a day whereupon I was assured that I will be getting a call back and my issue will be resolved but I have still not received any call. Its going to be 2 months since I deposited my cell, I was not even given a job sheet no by the centre. Your authorised Service centre is openly committing such kind of fraud and its not the first case, recently other cases have also occurred in that service centre where they keep the cell for a week or two and then cite that its non reparable and then they give a defective, old cell in replacement . I have been constantly harassed both by the service centre and even by Your customer care. If you can resolve this issue within two days it will be appreciated otherwise I will be moving to the consumer forum after two days and also file an FIR for the cheating and fraud committed by your authorised service centre.
