Sir 1. A successful online transaction of rs 15999/- was made on 28/8/18 to book a nokia phone through payu. Transaction id :[protected] Merchant website : http://www.nokia.com/phones Amount paid : 15999.00 Order date :[protected] Customer phone number : [protected]. 2. Nokia confirmed no order booked despite of successful transaction. 3. Despite of repeated requests to nokia (The merchant website), payu (Money transaction site) and pnb (The concerned bank), the money has not been credited to my account yet.
