Nokia India — No service for nokia 130 (Dual sim, black) | |||||
I purchased the nokia 130 (Dual sim, black) handset from amazon and it stopped working after 3 weeks. By that time the replacement date which amazon provided had expired. After that i went to nokia service center, kochi. But they mentioned that they are not providing any service for this basic handsets. When i reached out to amazon seller, they mentioned at least they need the service denial letter/email to process the return/refund. But agency is not even ready to provide me the same. I am just getting mad to run behind this for more than 2 weeks. Please solve the issue as soon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
