Nokia India — nokia 150 basic model display issue. | |||
I have purchased Nokia 150 model phone dated 5th August 2017. The mobile was working properly till Nov 2017 end, But suddenly display was not working, Hence I went to Chennai Nokia service center's (Anna nagar & Gopalapuram). But there was no response from their side even when I am ready to pay for display. Further I went to Poorvika showroom chennai (Ayanavaram Branch) from where i Purchased the mobile. But unfortunately they too are not ready to help me out. In this juncture I am raising complaint to Nokia customer care to take this matter seriously in resolving the issue. The new Nokia 8 display was gone within the use of 40 days and the display was having black lines in the top and middle. Also sometimes we could see that the phone getting hanged and the battery life is not promising as much. The power charger is taking more time to charge the phone.
