Nokia India — nokia 6.1 plus

I have bought nokia 6.1 plus on 6th oct. It's still under nokia return policy. I have tried to contact customer service however they are not responding. I had visit service center as well they refuse to look at it.

Problems.

1. Heat alot - on a second day phone temp was more than 40.

2. Bluetooth connectivity not supporting blue device at all

3. Network issue

4. Hang.. Etc

They many more problems i am facing with device. I want return this phone. Why nokia service is poor.
