Nokia India — nokia 6.1 plus/defective handset | |||||
I purchased a nokia 6.1 plus on 26/08/2018 and it was delivered to me on 4/09/2018 a defective handset. I. E. Microphone not working and want a replacement. Nokia customer care are not paying any attention to my problem, instead they keep saying reboot the device, factory data reset etc but nothing happens. So request them to replace the device as it was a pre-defect. Phone-noki 6.1 plus Mob-[protected] Invoice no. - [protected] Attachments - video of defect and bill.
