[Resolved]  Nokia India — nokia 6.1 service delayed

This is in regards to my repair order #[protected] registered online via nokia portal https://nokia.ebuilder.com/auto/repair

I am worried about my phone as its nearing 1 month and there has been no proper update form nokia team about the service of the phone. Also, there is no direct number to contact the service center also.

The product has already been collected from your logistics partner ecom express on 4th may 2019 and the status shows that it has been delivered to flextronics technologies pvt. Ltd., bangalore on 7th may 2019

As per the email, the complaint was registered against my phone, nokia 6.1 imei: [protected] on 2 may 2019 and it was under warranty.

Hence, i request you to kindly arrange a call from nokia senior executive/manager asap who can resolve the concern.
