Nokia India — nokia 8 phone within 6 months not working properly - sim slot and motherboard problem | |||||
Hi, My name is john, i had purchased nokia 8 ta-1004 ds in cm p_blue. On 22nd dec 2017. Now its been 5 months and with this span of time i have complained two times to nokia customer service centre, indore that my phone is not working properly, it goes on & off automatically, apart from this sim card slot is not working, and while checked with nokia service centre they said it motherboard problem. They denied from taking any actions. I want my phone to be replaced its a defective piece. I am attaching invoice bill with this complaint.
