Dear Madam / Sir, I wish to bring to your notice and complain about Nokia Lumia 1320 White, IME number [protected] & Invoice number P.S.SS/1614 that I purchased at UniverCell, Salem on 20.05.2014 I am complaining because the problem which I face very frequently is Over heating while charging the handset, Touch screen is not working properly & Most of the time it hangs and not in a position to use, the phone switched off last evening and now I'm not able to switch on the mobile. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted at Nokia authorized service center, 6-A/215 NS Complex, Four Roads, Omalur Main Road, Arisipalayam, Salem, Tamil Nadu 636009, and was told that my problems resolved but again and again facing the same problems. I have given my Nokia Lumia 1320 for service thrice repeatedly with the same complaint within 9 months of purchase (still in warranty) for the same issues but it could not be sorted out by your Nokia authorized service center. I believe that this response is unfair. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position to resolve this problem I would like you to replace the existing handset with the new one.
