Nokia India — Nokia Service center is not responding after submission of phone.

Dear Team, this is to draw your kind attention toward your services, i have submitted my phone Microsoft 535 in C-4 Noida Sector-2 having job sheet number[protected]/150115/012. As per the procedure if handset submitted within 4 days of purchase date, it must be replaced. i submitted my handset on 14th of Jan-15, but service center is issuing job sheet on 15th-Jan-15, due to that they are denying for replacement. Even though they are not getting it repair on time. it is requested to get the my handset replaced and take this matter serious. we trust on brand like Nokia and Microsoft, that is the reason to be continue with Microsoft.
