[Resolved] Nokia India — nokia wireless active earphones returned under warranty but did not receive the replacement even after 1 month | |
Hi, My nokia wireless active earphones ordered through nokia.com, got a battery issue. So i have raised a complaint and nokia has send a person for pick up. The product was picked up on 9th of july through delhivery courier service with tracking id :[protected]. After that i have not received the product even after these many days. I have reached to nokia many times and always they say they will resolve the issue in 24 to 48 hours but until now there is no update. I have not received a new product nor i have received my product which i have returned. Please help in this regard Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 6, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved After lots of complaints and calls finally received the replacement. Thanks Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
