Nokia India — not accepting replacement warranty | |||
Hello guys, I have bought a nokia 106 dual sim feature phone from amazon which comes with a one year replacement warranty. Within a few days its fm and microphone stopped working for no reason. I have raised a request with hmdglobal on 19th june 2019 and since then i am waiting for the product to get picked up. Its been a month since i am writing email and waiting for the response but none of your guys are actually doing anything except saying that we have asked someone to pick up the product. Is that how you treat your customer who is availing the warranty. Don't you understand that people need phone on daily basis and with single day delay you are hampering their daily life. I am sure you are not concerned with your brand reputation otherwise this issue has been fixed long back and i would have gotten the replacement back. Such a pathetic service. Please take the device back within by friday or let me know if you are no longer interested in standing by your warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||
