Nokia India — NOT RETURNING MY LUMIA 720 NOR ANY REPLACEMENT

My name is UTKARSH BHARGAVA from alwar city, rajasthan I bought my lumia 720 one year ago in 16000 INR and i have already increased my phone warranty for two years. But now i came to bangalore to complete my architectural training of 5 months. From march 2015 my lumia 720 's touch is not working properly so i gave my phone to nokia care STAR ELECTRONICS nokia care center CHICKALAXMI LAYOUT, BANGALORE on 4 April 2015 and they said sir collect your phone after 10 days because 720 stock is not available so we have to send back it to factory... then after 10 days they said sir it will take 10 more days because the problem is not resolve, and may be they shall replace the set, then i said okay i will wait for 10 days... then again after 10 days they told me its finalize that your phone is not in condition and its hardware are not available so they will replace the handset with higher model then that you have... then i said ok.. After 5 days nokia care calls me and said sir higher model stock is not available.. company is giving you lumia 625... of cost 8500 INR Then i told her... i don’t want any replacement ... you just give my handset whatever it was... Then she said no sir it’s not possible.. Yours phone company puts in some garbage... what the hell is that.. How will company through my phone without any replacement... then she said in 5 to 6 days you will get your replacement... after 6 days i went to nokia centre 5th time, , , she said now stock is not available till now.. we can replace your phone ... just give us 10 more days... then after 10 days she asks for more 10 days... n after 50 days of submitting my phone she gave me care no. n told me to call n ask them about your phone.. they are not giving us your phone... then i called to nokia care, , , the responsible person told me that our nokia care team will call you in 24 to 48 hours... n gives solution as early as possible... then in three days not a single call came from nokia, , , then on 4th day i again call to care n tell the whole problem again he also told me the same thing.. to wait sometime ...our team will call you... and one more thing now i m going to my hometown in just 2 days and they are saying that you have to collect your phone from bangalore only... we can’t send your phone to your hometown nokia centre, . they meant if i want my phone then i have to come bangalore some 2000km to my phone...seriously what the hell... Now its approx. 2 months... i don’t have my phone with me... i am really upset with nokia service and not able to complete my work without phone... please give me some solution my jobsheet no. is[protected]/150411/021 my phone imei no.
