Nokia 2.1 android has stopped working. Purchased on 2/3/2019. Purchased from reliance digital, central mall. The problem is that it doesnot start, after giving the password to start the android the phone displays the nokia name and it stops there continuously and it doesnot even switch off after pressing the start switch located on the side. And the phone unnecessarily consuming battery power. And the phone is also heated up. Due to this problem i am having problem in communicating with people.
