Nokia India — Phone in warranty but they are saying to contact the shop from where you have purchased | |||||
I have purchased mobile from Flipkart and it is under warranty period. The Nokia Care centre located in Girdhar Plaza Complex, Harmu Road, Ranchi has refused to repair the mobile and told to contact the shop from where I have purchased the phone and get it replaced from there. I told him that I have bought it from flipkart online, and there is no such scheme of returning or replacing any product after one month. But he refused to help me out.
