Nokia India — phone warms up | |
I have purchased a nokia 6 through amazon on 4th september 2017. It is having heating problem. It's battery back up is very poor as its battery gets drained within 3-4 hours. Even its touch doesn't work at some points. I want to get it replaced or get my money refunded. I was trying to lodge a complaint on the nokia site. It took my details and had sent an email.in the email i was asked to give additional comment on the same email address (Online. [protected]@nokia.com) but when i am replying to it, a message appears message not delivered as the remote server is misconfigured. I regret buying nokia. Was this information helpful? | |

performance of the phone is pathetic. too slow. hangs too much.
touch of the phone is too bad. this is the position when the phone does not have any apps. this kind of performance was not expected from nokia.
