Nokia India — really upset with Nokia care for handling the device complaint | |||
Hi there, This is regarding a complaint which i have filed for my Nokia Lumia 520 device. The device has got heat up and the screen got cracked and thank fully the device was not in use (just by chance). The care people are more concerned about who would bear the screen cost instead of looking into the root cause. I am kind of very surprised with this behavior. They are asking me to show the evidence, not sure if should have taken the video recording for this incidence. What i know is, Nokia is a company of values and this kind of behavior was certainly not expected. I am mobile architect and have been using some 10+ devices for the dev/test. Its just that i am a hardcore fan of Nokia, so use Nokia devices for my personal use, but really upset with this incidence. Many Thanks, Sachin Was this information helpful? | |||
