Nokia India — replace of the handset

I buy nokia 5 on 9.3.2018 from reliance trend durgapur and the phone becomes dead after charging within one month. I have given the phone to digitech services on 8.4.18 after talking with nokia care. But it is still one week over but service center is talking that your motherboard gone.. Why i will face these problem. The problem is from nokia side. Your handset is faulty. I have lodge complain with nokia care having no.274427. But my question is that after paying money why i will be without phone. Please replace it. My number is [protected].
