[Resolved]  Nokia India — Replacemen of mobile - reg.

07.11.2014 To The managing director, M/s. Nokia india private limited, Sp infocity, industrial plot no. 243, Udyog vihar, phase i, dundahera, Gurgaon district, haryana, India 122016. Respected sir, Sub: replacement of nokia mobile purchased On 05.10.2014 – reg. Ref: inv. No. 12936 dated 05.10.2014. -:o0o:- I am very much proud to say that i am an existing customer Of nokia set for the past 10 years with mobile nos. [protected] and [protected]. On belief of nokia, last month i have purchased one nokia 108 mobile from m/s. Poorvika mobiles pvt ltd, no.166, 167, 152, 154, gandhi road, kancheepuram 631501, under the invoice referred above. After 28 days of purchase, the set got repaired and i went For rectification where i purchased. Poorvika mobiles directed me to contact m/s. S. S. Communications, who is an authorized servicer for nokia mobiles at 4a /1, sheikpet saliar street, kancheepuram 631501 having mobile no. [protected]. I went there as per poorvika’s directions and i have been informed that the set was locked. No need to worry. It will be repaired only with the charges of rs. 300/-. I have agreed and handed over the set to them on 03.11.2014. On 06.11.2014, the m/s. S. S. Communicatons informs that the set could not be repaired, come and collect the instrument. Sir, till date i have not collected the mobile from them. Replacement may please be made immediately. Sir, i am very much ashamed to bring all these happenings to your kind notice. The act of the s. S. Communications is very much surprised and shocked to me because it spoils the goodwill of nokia. I don’t know how m/s. S. S. Communications acting as nokia care without doing the work offered to them. Kindly advise your customer care to fulfil the customers with satisfactory condition. It is very helpful not only to me/ customers but also to your esteemed organization for the sake of goodwill. Hence i request your goodself to take the newly purchased set from poorvika, kancheepuram and advise them to replace as a new one to keep your name and also to satisfy the customer. I believe that a favourble consideration will be done on my request. I again request you to replace the nokia mobile which purchased last month from m/s. Poorvika, kancheepuram as a fresh one.
