I have bought nokia 5.1 + phone in december 2018 and the charging point loosened and not charging properly. On 26th july 2019, it completely sw. Off and not getting switched on. On 27th july 2019, i have submitted my phone to the keelkattalai service center and they said they will get it repaired on or before 2nd august. Today i am writing this complaint on 17th august 20191 as i have not got my phone back. Because of their delay, i had to go through so much in my job as i have so much data and my job dependency on phone. Today i bought a samsung a2 phone as i was in need of a smartphone which cost me around 5000. When i followed up with the nokia flex service they were saying they don't have spare parts stock and all over chennai all the service centre has same issue. Because of nokia, i had to spend around 5000 + for new phone and impact on my job. Was this information helpful? | |||
