Dear sir, I have purchased a nokia 215 dual sim mobile with batch no. [protected] from M/s. Agarwal telecom Khalilabad With invoice no. 1801 book no. 37, date25.04.216 But on 06.09.2016 this handset is having network and battery draining issue. Then, we went to above mentioned dealer. But they said to me that distributor names ram raika traders gorakhpur is refusing to exchange the handset. While the company promises replacement gurantee... I m trying to find it in all nearest service centers but there executive are not responding me and saying stock is not available I m trying for that touch since july2016 but not able to get it tells help me out ASAP
