[Resolved] Nokia — Not fulfilling warranty | |||
I purchased a Nokia 105 mobile for my Office staff 2 months ago from UniverCell, Hyderabad on 22nd December 2013, Invoice no PHMH/8427, (invoice attached) and the only reasons I chose Nokia over cheaper Chinese alternatives was warranty of one year. The phone's display has gone bad now and when I took it to the service station and the dealer, they asked me to bring along the original box packing with the phone, and only then would they replace it. NOW HOW UNFAIR IS THAT? Who would keep track of original box packing of a phone for Warranty? And did Nokia or the dealer inform me that we have to keep the mobile box packing for warranty ? This is nothing short of CHEATING from a reputed company like Nokia. Shame on Nokia. I demand an immediate replacement of my Phone Was this information helpful? | |||
