[Resolved] Nokia — not repairing my mobile asha 305 | |||
Dear sir, I have purchase Nokia asha 305 on 31 oct 2012 .With in one year i get problem, its touch-screen is not working properly. I took it to Nokia Care Centre in M P Nagar, Bhopal Singh Communication. ware i face following problem--- 1.set not attend properly. 2. receiver reply that it is liquid damage (which is not true) 3. nature of worker is not proper or his tock is not satisfactory I include following detail which help you to look on this scenario. date of visit Oct 15-2013 job sheet number[protected]/131015/62 comp lent no-1-[protected] IMEI-1-[protected] IMEI-1-[protected]. sir call back the set and either repair OR replace it.Other wise I will go for legal recourse. reply [protected]@rediffmail.com [protected]@rediffmail.com ph-[protected], [protected] kindly take proper action in this case... thank you ROMMEL NATH Was this information helpful? | |||
