Nokia — Phone repair | |
I submitted my phone on 23rd July as my phone screen showing huge black patches and lines. The phone is in warranty and it is not damaged by me so I was expecting a replacement as Nokia commit for Nokia 8 Sirocco model. Now it has been more than 40 days and they are not even telling me the status when can I receive my phone back that too when the phone is in warranty. I have been messaging over the Nokia portal, email, calls, tweeting them but nobody able to share status and not even replying to my messages/emails. Please help.
