Nokia — Regarding malfunctioning of classic nokia 105

Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that I have recently purchased a classic model of nokia 105 which was purchased on December 26 2024 and it was deliverd on December 30 2024 . It was working perfectly for a week but suddenly I couldn't make a call. I tried to change the sim too but the problem did not disappear. I am highly disappointed and would like an exchange. If the service doesn't get any attention, then I would never buy from nokia or amazon again..
please look into the matter
