Nokia — Regarding Refusal to Repair of Nokia Mobile (Under Warranty) by Nokia Authorised Service Centre

I submitted my Nokia 220 mobile for repair at Nokia Authorised Service Centre, MNGC Solutions, C-15, Sector-18, NOIDA-201301 on 12 Aug 2025.

I visited Service Centre myself 3/4 times, even called many times to know the status of repair. After 11 days, today on 22 Aug 2025, service centre called me that the mobile can not be repaired/ replaced (without informing any reason).

The warranty of mobile also lapsed on 17 Aug 2025. Executives at service centre are not even providing mobile number of Manager.

I humbly request that my mobile may please be repaired/ replaced or refunded. Invoice & Service Centre receipt is attached herewith.
