North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] — bill generated on average basis

Respected sir/ madam,

I md asim residency of sidhauli village and a consumer of nbpdcl. Since from the month of oct 2018, my electricity bill is coming on the average permise lock basis. Why is it so?
I paid the bill amount 506 rs for month of october receipt no (Nbpd[protected]). But in the month of february when i check my bill on your site it shows 2111 rs for average unit 18 bill no was ([protected]). Again i did pay 2100 rs on 17/03/2019 vide receipt no (Nbpd[protected]). But bill is still coming on the average basis in mar avg unit 266 bill amount 949, in april avg unit 112 bill amount 1373 in month of may avg unit 47 bill amount is -631.
Meater reader also not visited my house. My bill is not adequate and proper. Also i had paid the bill. But the access amount must be refunded back.
