Dear sir/madam,
My consumer number is[protected].
With reference to above mentioned subject I would like to inform you that from last 2 months electricity bill given to me is wrong. In second last month I paid for 77 unit and this month 335 unit.I stay with my family in patna whole year. So it is not possible for me consume a single unit of electricity still I am paying. I tried to complain online but my CA /Consumer number is showing invalid. Please add my consumer number to your dbms so that I can compain online because it very hard to go and compain there is no one hear you properly and just say pay your amount which is totally wrong.
