        I am consumer of NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD.. My CA No is [protected]. My current electricity Bill is unreasonably high which has been presented to me by showing erroneous electricity consumption of house.         August और september महीने में बिजली का बहुत ही अधिक खपत दिख रहा है जबकि हमारे घर में इस तरह का load नहीं है। इस महीने का बिल आशचर्यजनक रूप से बहुत अधिक आया है। श्रीमान से अनुरोध है corona जैसी महामारी में इतना अधिक बिल भेजने के पहले जाँच आवश्य होना चाहिए जिससे हम जैसे customer को परेशानी का सामना नहीं करना पड़े। उचित करवाई करके बिल सुधार करने का कष्ट करें।

        I am consumer of NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD having website https://nbpdcl.co.in/. My CA No is [protected]. My current electricity Bill is unreasonably high which has been presented by electricity provided by showing erroneous electricity consumption of house. Even by going through my house monthly consumption pattern, current bill appears to be incorrect. I tried to make a complaint on this site's online complaint portal https://nbpdcl.co.in/(S(bbvv4dl4jsivz5wa4jjxacjo))/frmGrievances.aspx, but it's not working. On customer care number too, nobody seems to listen and resolve my issue. This appears to be endless game with winner as service provider because there is nobody to listen in their team and they keep on piling up bills on customer after due date.

        Online complaint portal of NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD is not working. It appears to be intentional so that there should not be any official complaint against the service provider by customer. Their customer care executives are also rude and clueless about everything. Their 24 hours deadline of resolving any issue never meet the timeline.

        Online complaint portal of NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD is not working. It appears to be intentional so that there should not be any official complaint against the service provider by customer. This is my second attempt to register complaint online. Even though my CA number is correct, the portal is showing incorrect CA number. However, this portal can give billing details by mentioning same CA number. Their customer care executives are also rude and clueless about everything. Their 24 hours deadline of resolving any issue never meet the timeline.

        The toll free number mentioned on website of NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD, i.e., https://nbpdcl.co.in/ is 1912. Whenever I try to call this number, it says this number does not exist and please check the number I have dialed

        This is against my complaint ID 2996061.
        There is no response from service provider till now. Nobody has contacted me so far. Even on physically visiting the Electricity department office, nobody is ready to listen. People over there asked me write an application . I submitted the application and asked for acknowledgement, but service provider representatives refused to do the same. They simply told me that they will do the investigation by sending their technical team but till now nobody has arrived

                  This is very sad for Bihar that very huge corruption in NBPDCL.

                  How this is possible in the rural area for BPL meter you charge such a high amount for only one bulb and fan, last year nobody was there (door locked )but you still charge a very high amount for that I have paid 4k in April Month.

                  After that every month I am paying on time but August month charges are so high not justifiable.

                    Request you to kindly look & rectify my Aug21 bill. I have received a bill of Rs 36280, however if you look at my past 6 month electricity bill it has been much lesser than what I have received in Aug21. Hence there seems to be either error in bill or meter. Our Jul21 bill was Rs 2704, Jun21 was 683 (avg bill), May21 was 983 (avg bill), Apr21 was 991 (as per meter reading). Hence suddenly unit consumption can't be 6251 unit in the current month. So request you to kindly check whether is properly working or not and get the bill rectified at the earliest, so that I can make payment against the rectified bill within due date. Thanks &. Regards

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      This is to inform you that we are residing at Rojitpur, Katihar and there is new pole installation is going on in our gali/lane as there were around 8-10 consumers were facing issues due to not having any single pole and nearest pole is about 100 meters far away.

                      Thanks that new pole is being installed but problem is contactor has put the pole in the middle of road/gali (8 ft wide) and did not installed. Poles are lying there for last 10 days and were facing difficulties for moving the things and people passing through as road is only 8ft wide other vehicles like water carrier, garbage collector etc. are unable to enter to our place.

                      Request you to please do the needful and install the pole ASAP.

                            We the people of bardahiya, marhaura, saran is totally hesitated due to frequent and regular power cut issue. We are facing damages like lights, fan, tv and many mores. Unable to understand why frequent power cuts is happening and who will take responsibility for household damages.

                            If power cut is requirement then without any notice how they can do such things. Many people's are doing work from home....

                              I savita Jha, consumer number:[protected], meter number:4865505 is writing this to complain you about wrong reading on an average I use to pay 300 after every 3 months but this (july) month the unit consumed is given more than limits its given 125(LK, A) but last month (june)it was2(OK, N) and in the month of may it was 6(OK, N)
