    Dear authority
    As I live in rural area of Bihar whose power comes from NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY. As I am continuous customer of NBPDCL
    I always paid electric bill n time last paid bill was on 21-09-21 but as I checked my bill of October its showing invalid CA number my new CA number is [protected] and old consumer number is KG040538.
    Due to this I cant check my bill online or pay it as website says "Bill details are not available for CA Number [protected].", I have all previous bills as proof how promptly I used to pay all bills. As due to this I cant able to even load the complain on website of NBPDCL and neither toll free number 1912 working, it shows invalid CA number.
    I don't know technical detail of website of company as my CA number simply just dropped from database or something happens due to website error.
    Just I request authority to resume the functionality so i can pay the bill online as I contacted the bill check person He just told your bill will come next month but I waited 2 month it still not showing any solution. I stay in south India from where its hard to come and solve the issue so please help me to resolve mu complain.

    I attached my last paid bill through online payment gateway and last bill.

        Dear consumer complaint department.

        I am the new consumer bn of 3 phase of electricity connection .which I had applied for 3 months back and I got it . that time I have to me 21000 security money for 3 phase electricity connection as per mr.engineer ( BALRAM Yadav JI ). Adn I paid it .after 1.5 months they started asking me to send money for electricity bill of my 3 phase connection . I refused to pay and asked him to diducted the amount of security money which I paid the earlier .and my meter is not even working since 2 months and I requested him to change or repair b the meeter but after that they asked me a bribe of 5000 money .and i refused it

        I am here to requesting you to please save the democracy and we all are living in .it might be here I am requesting it there are 100000 of cases which are not not even registered .

        I just have some hope in democracy bso I requested .

          Dear sir,
          I am currently residing at village BARAIL TOLA BAIRIYA PANCH-TEGHRA BLOCK -BABHUBARHI DIST-MAHUBANI BIHAR, Which is having an electricity bearing consumer number[protected], area cord BRL-1 JIYAHUL, TODAY I WAS SHOCKED TO RECEIVE THE CURRENT ELECTRICITY BILL NO[protected] FOR AN AMOUNT OF RS 72/- FOR 105 UNITS. BECAUSE I HAVE ALL READY PAY MONTH OF AUGUST 145 UNITS BILL 1626/- THIS TIME MY MITTER REDING IS 105 UNITS, I HAVE ALL READY 30 UNIT EXTRA BILL UNIT BILL PAID PLEASE URGEST AMOUNT NEXT BILL MAY BE REQUEST PLEASE RESOLVED THIS MATTER AS WALL AS SOON POSSIBLE
          I Investigated the matter from my side to find out the error and I noticed that the meter reading unit for the current bill is showing more units than the current meter reading which is impossible.
          UNITS AS PER LAST BILLING 145 UNITS
          THE CURRENT METER READING 105 UNITS.
          As you will notice, there is clearly an error in it. i, therefore, kindly request you to connect the current bill and issue a fresh bill for the current months, otherwise, please adjust the excess amount to be paid by me for the current wrong bill amount in the next month's bill amount.
          I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

            Dear Sir/Ma'am,

            I have a complain against NBPDCL, till June they have sent us the bill of 3334 rupee, after that, they has made the false reading and if you check month wise bill from the company, means start and end all same for July, August and September, then they send us the bill of amount 8321.37 rupee in October, Please help us by asking them to send me bill from May 2021 to October 2021 month wise with meter reading means start unit and end unit,

            I am ready to pay the bill if I will get this, other wise I will complain in consumer forum.

              I have a complain regarding ca number invalid when I use ca number for online complaints there is showing invalid ca number and when I want to login consumer registration there is showing
              Ca number does not belongs to Nbpdcl
              Please help me as soon as possible
              Because every month I have been payment more electricity bill even my electricity load very few two 70 watt celling fan and three 9 Watt led bulb but I got electricity bill 133 unit in a 26 day consumption I m very helpless please help me as soon as possible

              I didn't get any reply from company representative.still facing same problem when I want to login nbpdcl webportal
              There is showing ca number is doesn't belongs to Nbpdcl please fix it problem as soon as possible

                  This is related to my Complaint Status ID: 2997564 & 2996061 on this forum. Till now North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd has not taken notice of my complaint and there is no acknowledgement either. Most of consumers of NBPDCL are fed up of overcharging of Bills by the company but they have to pay after certain interval of time because they are being threatened by NBPDCL representatives that the consumer's electricity supply would be discontinued.
                  Consumers have nowhere to go because none of its grievances portal or consumer complaint toll free number are working.
                  Requesting consumer complaint forum to look into my Complaint Status ID: 2997564 & 2996061 and resolve the issue on priority.

                    Hi I am using NBPDCL, while any issue when i tried to calling help desk in samastipur they didnt respond properly we are paying every month, they spoke rudely, please take action on NBPDCL on this its pathetic

                      We have applied for new connection in April 13th 2021.

                      As we have checked our status, it is showing technical feasibility has been done.

                      It has been more then 6 months but still we are waiting for our meter.

                      Kindly advise and i stall our meter as soon as possible

                              I am consumer of NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD.. My CA No is [protected]. My current electricity Bill is unreasonably high which has been presented to me by showing erroneous electricity consumption of house. Even by going through my house monthly consumption pattern, current bill appears to be incorrect. I tried to make a complaint on website's online complaint portal https://nbpdcl.co.in/(S(bbvv4dl4jsivz5wa4jjxacjo))/frmGrievances.aspx, but it's not working. On customer care number too, nobody seems to listen and resolve my issue. This appears to be endless game with winner as service provider because there is nobody to listen in your team. The Online complaint portal of NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD is not working. It appears to be intentional so that there should not be any official complaint against the service provider by customer. Even though my CA number is correct, the portal is showing incorrect CA number. However, this portal can give billing details by mentioning same CA number.
                              The toll free number mentioned on website of NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD, i.e., https://nbpdcl.co.in/ is 1912. Whenever I try to call this number, it says this number does not exist and please check the number I have dialed.
                              I request you to resolve this on priority as I am already suffering from financial losses due to corona and such billing will severely damage my monthly family maintenance.

                                August और september महीने में बिजली का बहुत ही अधिक खपत दिख रहा है जबकि हमारे घर में इस तरह का load नहीं है। इस महीने का बिल आशचर्यजनक रूप से बहुत अधिक आया है। श्रीमान से अनुरोध है corona जैसी महामारी में इतना अधिक बिल भेजने के पहले जाँच आवश्य होना चाहिए जिससे हम जैसे customer को परेशानी का सामना नहीं करना पड़े। उचित करवाई करके बिल सुधार करने का कष्ट करें।

                                This is against my complaint ID 2996061.
                                There is no response from service provider till now. Nobody has contacted me so far. Even on physically visiting the Electricity department office, nobody is ready to listen. People over there asked me write an application . I submitted the application and asked for acknowledgement, but service provider representatives refused to do the same. They simply told me that they will do the investigation by sending their technical team but till now nobody has arrived

                                      सर मेने 3 महीने पहले न्यू कनेक्शन का एप्लीकेशन डाला था तकनीकी जांच तक एप्लीकेशन 2 महीने पहले ही पूरा हो गया था लेकिन अभी तक मीटर नहीं लगा है कंप्लेन भी किया था तब भी कोई करवाई नही हुई है 1 महीना का प्रोसेस होता है न्यू कनेक्शन का तो फिर इतना टाइम क्यों लग रहा है।
