Hello sir/mam

I had paid my electricity bill and i got payment conformation mail but i am still getting higher amount bill. That showing arrear bill.

Paid amount has not updated at bill.

I am sending the details of bill paid.

Transaction no:[protected]

Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

If this issue will not solve asap. I will go to file case in consumer court or other step.
