Dear sir,
I'm Yogendra singh consumer no. [protected] my old meter no. 39483604 which has been replaced becuse technical issue, new meter 34978526.
I have made written complaint against wrong bill still no response from anyone no response from your office as well.
Bill after 16-09-18 is very excessive but I pay my bill regularly. They didn't give me the bill of october next bill i got on 25-11-18 which was 9501 rupees. Please check the meter reading of that month which was near about 24 unit. Than how the bill is so high.
Please check seriously also why still I'm getting bill on old meter which is no more in use.
& please push the officer incharge to work on this matter on urgent basis & please work like a profession service provider I'm a old man & very much fed up with this kind of service.

This is to inform you that its been more than 3 month i have applied for new electricity connection but till date i did not get any information from your side..I keep reaching to the concern person but did not get any response from them.
please do needful asap.
