[Resolved]  Not Able To Use The App In Spite Of Paying Subscription — sony liv app

I have subscribed sony liv paying rs.299on my mobile. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. When i switched on the app again to see live cricket, it made to sign in. I did the same. Then it says to sign in primary account you require more details email again, mobile number and date of birth. When i put in my date of birth and say sign in, it says your email already in use. I ma not able to use the app for live cricket.

Please help me.
