noty99.in — Not sending parcel and not giving refund as well

I have ordered from last 2 month and he got my payment and after that not reciving my phon and not giving me reply of my massages, not sending parcel or no giving me refund . Number 1 fraud and cheater in online world .pls don't deal with him otherwise u will be fool .

Need to inform police now or cyber crime office .. Becos he is number one froud, he feeting money for other by advertise as Wholsaler ... Even he not giving his address . I[censored] pay by bank go though bank try to get his address or inform police about Mr. Jitendra Jain ..number one froud .. Don't know howmany people made fool by him !!!
