Still refund is not processed already complaint raised on this forum on 8th may 2016. And they are marking as a case was resolved. It is very much strange. For saying various services. Immediately after paying i got doubt about their services i called customer care for refunding on same day they asked a mail to [protected]@nownaukri.com. I sent a mail immediately but there is no response till the time about refunding. But i am getting call from [protected] different persons convincing to go for services and refund is not possible. But there is no response from customercare, whenever i am calling customercare for refunding 'give me 10 min we will get back' but i am getting call from [protected] refund is not possible. I got my all refunds from cheater Now naukri.This is become possible only by disputing the charges from PayU money and my card.Other wise it is not all possible by other ways.My Amex card people given me very good confindent to reslove the issue.I realy approciate the my bank.
