[Resolved] Nownaukri.com — Pathetic customer care. No refund of money | |||||
T has been more than a month since i have paid the money and till now even after several repeated calls and mails they have not refunded the money. This clearly shows that this is a fraudulent organization which has been set up to cheat the customer. No wonder every day we see fresh complaints popping up. This clearly is indication of how (un)professional you are. if you cant clearly track the money even after a month after i paid i seriously doubt how you manage the career portal.No wonder you are taking your customers for a ride. Every time i get a response stating we will get back ASAP. yes, I have received a response from your representative asking to send a form so that the refund can be initiated.

I have got the call from nownaukri and they told me about some jobs and they have been provided very good services.
Priya Malhotra from Nownaukri has infact send me a mail to fill a form so that they can initiate the refund. I have submitted the documents. I tried sending remainder mail, but the mail is bouncing back with message
