[Resolved] NPS — NPS not opened and not found in data base

As i joined in NPS scheme on 25.01.2023 (Rs: 5000+1000) and payment also done in tire 1 & 2 but while opening NPS app “The user Id/I-PIN you have entered is invalid, please try again“ since 20 days. Plz help me
