I'm trying to reset password for generating I pin and I'm getting the below error.

"Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN."

Looks like the request pending with the nodal officer and the PRAN number is[protected]

Hope this get resolved at the earliest....

I have PRAN No.[protected] registered with APY. I am unable to change my Mobile Number. I visited my SBI Bank- with IFSC Code SBIN0031592 and given a written request to change my mobile number. My concern is that I was attempting to open an NPS account but at payment page got disconnected due to some internet glitch after that the payment page to not appear. Now if I am checking the status with the help of ACK number it shows "No record found".

I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error from last 6 days.

I received the PRAN number too but while trying to login using the same 'PRAN the message displayed is 'PRAN not found in database'

I am doing registration for the NPS account, Acknowledgement no is 11444909.Payment of 50000/- is debited from my ICICI saving bank account.
This amount is not credited in NPS account so i unable to complete to NPS registration process.
there is error message billdesk payment get way that retry for payment.
