I'm trying to reset password for generating I pin and I'm getting the below error.

"Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN."

Looks like the request pending with the nodal officer and the PRAN number is[protected]

Hope this get resolved at the earliest....

I have PRAN No.[protected] registered with APY. I am unable to change my Mobile Number. I visited my SBI Bank- with IFSC Code SBIN0031592 and given a written request to change my mobile number. But Bank officials denied saying that no work related to APY is being done there. I am also unable to change password online as it is showing " UAN not found in database"...

I have invested in NPS last year and my PRAN is[protected]. For this year also i tried to credit money in my NPS account online through app and website but it gave me error "PRAN not found in database" and "Please enter valid PRAN" even though I have correct PRAN no and trying to reset password and login in website. Now today is last day for FY 2023 investement and if it doesnt allow me to invest online then it will affect on my taxation...

      My concern is that I was attempting to open an NPS account but at payment page got disconnected due to some internet glitch after that the payment page to not appear. Now if I am checking the status with the help of ACK number it shows "No record found".

          I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error from last 6 days.

          "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS ."

            I started the NPS registration for generating PRAN number. When I reached to the Payment option, it will gave me error -

                      I want to complete the pending registration of my NPS Account. After entering the acknowledgement number and other details it is showing record is not found. Please sort this issue asap.

                            Facing payment gateway issue in my NPS registration process

                            I am facing issues with payment gateway.
                            I started the registration process of NPS and after uploading all the documents and filling the details. I got redirected to payment gateway page. After sending the minimum amount, the transaction status was "Pending Confirmation".                               This amount is not credited in NPS account so i unable to complete to NPS registration process.

                                            I have successfully completed the Individual Pension Account opening process using enps. The Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) allotted to you is[protected].

                                            but, when i was login through the NPS website, we are getting" unauthorized user"
